RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Within 30 days of purchase
If your purchase is unworn and
in its original condition including original packaging
Include your receipt to receive
a full refund
Come into your closest Robin
Bring your receipt
If your refund matches the
conditions of return, it will be processed by head office within 3-5 working
MAKE A RETURN VIA POST
Return postage is at the expense of the
customer, however should you wish to exchange your item we will send out the
replacement at no cost to the customer.
Make sure your item is in its
original condition also including the box
Please post your item with your
receipt to 399 Remuera Road, Remuera, Auckland
Once your package has been
received we will check the items. Once approved your refund will be processed
within 3-5 working days.
